NOTES
To Store. Leftover wraps will keep for a day or two in the fridge wrapped tightly in foil though the tortilla may get a little soft. It’s best not to prepare too many that far in advance if you don’t think you’ll eat them all.
To Freeze. Freeze leftover wraps for up to 3 months. Defrost in the fridge overnight.
To Make Ahead. Feel free to prepare the turkey cranberry wraps a day or two before you want to eat them. It’s best to prepare them not too long after you’ve had your turkey meal so the turkey is still good. If you don’t think you’ll prepare these wraps within a few days of serving your turkey it’s best to freeze the turkey and then thaw it when you want to make these wraps.
